- Begins her sixth season as the Marlins' mentor in 2012, guiding the program to a 118-72 record, including six semifinal berths in nine years in the ODAC championship tournament
- Has guided players to six All-Virginia honors, including three first-team honors
- Guided the Marlins to 23-win seasons in 2008 and 2009, setting the program record for victories
- Third volleyball coach in Virginia Wesleyan athletic history; guided the Marlins to a 19-9 finish in 2006, her first season
- Received her Master of Arts in Education from Marietta College in May 2006

- Has been a head coach on the club level with the Southern Maryland Juniors Volleyball 18-Under team
- Extensive experience as a volleyball camp coordinator and/or instructor at Marietta College, Slippery Rock University, Beckley, West Virginia YMCA camps and the Calvert County Parks and Recreation camps
- Member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association and the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance
