  • Has guided the Marlin women to a current record of 214-56-30 overall and to an 128-17-11 record in league competition
  • Currently ranked No. 12 among the NCAA's current most successful coaches, owning a .763 winning percentage
  • Guided VWC to its most successful season ever in women's soccer in 2006, highlighted by an Old Dominion Athletic Conference championship and a berth in the NCAA Division III final four tournament; team finished 18-4-4
  • Also serves VWC as the Associate Athletics Director
  • Two-time South Region Coach of the Year, two-time Virginia College Division Coach of the Year, two-time All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference Coach of the Year

  • Currently the head girls soccer coach at Kellam High School in Virginia Beach
  • Coaching background includes one year as an assistant at Longwood College, head coach at Virginia Beach Catholic High School, head boys coach at Kellam High School
  • Former head coach on the club level for the Azzurri U-19 Boys team of the Atlantic Soccer Club and the Beach Football Club
  • Holds a United States Soccer Federation "B" license, a National Soccer Coaches Association of America national diploma and advanced diploma
  • Holds a Premier License from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and a "B" License from the United States Soccer Federation
