- VWC's most successful women's lacrosse coach
- Guided VWC to the second-best record (14-4) in program history in 2006 and the runner-up finish in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) championship tournament
- Has coached VWC players to 37 all-conference awards, including 10 first team honors, and eight all-region honors, including two first-team honorees
- Has coached three Old Dominion Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year recipients and two North-South All-Star game participants

- Selected to the 2002 North/South Senior All-Star game, where she was selected as the Most Valuable Player
- Earned New York Regional All-America first-team honors as well as Empire Eight Conference and All-New York honors
